Originally coined back when film shoots used... film, you “burned a take” when you already had the shot in the can, but you wanted to try something out. Something different, something for fun, something for you. Throw it at the wall and see what sticks. Burn some celluloid and see what happens.

 

Here, we are cultivating a community and space for artists to “burn one” with every take.
